How we work with you

At Next Tech Group we a help you navigate the ever-changing technologies that can add value to your business. For new customers or exploring other products, we usually carry out the below steps to ensure the right solution is selected for your business.

  • Discovery

    We will understand how your business works and where there might be opportunities to add value.

  • Site Survey

    To understand the current situation, we will typically visit your business premises. This helps us to understand how your business operates, speak with staff who use the current technologies and make assessments on cost reduction and productivity improvement.

  • Presentation

    We then come back to you with a Proposal, Project Plan or a Technology Road Map that will clearly set out the agreed problems, the proposed solutions, how the solution will reduce costs or improve productivity, estimated costs and options for finance plans. At this point, we can discuss how you’d like to proceed.

  • Installation and Configuration

    If you agree upon our Proposal, Project Plan or Technology Road Map, our skilled service and support team will complete the installation and work in with your business to minimise disruption.

  • Training

    Our service and support team will provide product training to make sure your staff feel confident and are getting the promised value from your technology investments.

  • Regular Review Visit

    We will work with you, at least annually, to review the effectiveness of your technology and keep you up to date.

Training & User Support

Customer education and user training is a critical part of any successful implementation. Next Tech Group offers a wide range of education and training solutions to support even the most complex applications. Initial user training and new staff training to our customers is offered with all our of our equipment. Customised training can also be developed to support customer’s unique applications and special requirements. This service is offered through the life of the equipment.
