We then come back to you with a Proposal, Project Plan or a Technology Road Map that will clearly set out the agreed problems, the proposed solutions, how the solution will reduce costs or improve productivity, estimated costs and options for finance plans. At this point, we can discuss how you’d like to proceed.
If you agree upon our Proposal, Project Plan or Technology Road Map, our skilled service and support team will complete the installation and work in with your business to minimise disruption.
Our service and support team will provide product training to make sure your staff feel confident and are getting the promised value from your technology investments.
We will work with you, at least annually, to review the effectiveness of your technology and keep you up to date.
